The owner of Sandee’s reached out and wanted to make our bad experience right and she did just that. The food was fantastic and I wanted to update my review to recognize that. An owner who cares if their customers are happy or not is a business I will always support. Thank you, Jillian. We will definitely be back. We haven’t been to SanDee’s in a really long time b/c of the cost but we wanted to support them since being devastated by Hurricane Helene and being closed for weeks. I was on hold for 11 min just to place an order and they told me it would be 35 minutes on our food. Our food was ice cold when we picked it up and I’m not convinced that the pizza hadn’t been made earlier b/c it was not fresh and it didn’t have any cheese on it. Maybe that was my bad when I ordered pepperoni and they only put pepperoni and no cheese, but it was cold and burnt. My biggest gripe is that they now charge you a fee for calling in a to go order AND a 3% fee if you don’t pay cash. I don’t care to pay for good food, but 50 for what we got was just not ok. Also, their menu prices aren’t what they charge you so that needs to be fixed or just don’t put prices on your menu. They’ve always had the best pizza and we were so disappointed. My son wouldn’t even eat it b/c it didn’t have any cheese on it. I doubt we go back.

It's very nice and good food and a good place for a date. I had a date with someone special named timothy at here. It was my first date the waitress was so nice. Now timothy is my boyfriend!!

It's a all around Great place, I've been going here since i was a kid after my youth soccer and basketball games, Now my kids love to come here for the pizza and my wife loves the burgers. Staff is always nice and have a smile on their faces.

Nice local place. The place was very clean, pleasant atmosphere. The employee was friendly and efficient. You order ar the counter and they call you when your order is ready. They were open for dine-in :-) We got our order in short time and it was fresh cooked and piping hot. We both ordered plates. The food was very good and the portions were very generous. The restrooms were clean and stocked. No negatives, all good.

Great food! Our 1st time stopping on our way back to Charlotte from Tennessee, had the bacon cheeseburger and it was awesome! Wife said the onion rings were wonderful. Very friendly folks, we will be stopping here every trip thru.

Best food in town hands down. Be patient with the servers they are young girls probably doing their first job & learning. I see some people whinning they are not waited on hand & foot. Want good food & better prices than McDs go here. You won't be disappointed.
